ABOUT US- BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

Woodlands Childcare provides a before and after school 'School Wraparound' service for parents. We support children through play, ensuring that they are stimulated, motivated and try new things. Whilst we will always support your child with additional learning, this is done on their terms. We believe that children should relax and enjoy each others company and focus on developing social and interpersonal skills other than academic as our main focus.

SCHOOL WRAPAROUND OPENING HOURS

  • 7.30am- 6:00pm
  • Before school 7.30am - 8.45am
  • After school 3.15pm - 6.00pm (5pm on Fridays)

ABOUT US- NURSERY WRAPAROUND

When your child joins Woodlands Nursery, they will receive 15 hours provision in the Nursery classroom. Nursery Wraparound offers 15 additional hours and is set within our Woodlands Childcare setting. We work closely with Nursery staff to ensure that we offer children the best possible provision, linking planning, building on prior learning and offering pre-teaching. This enables us to strengthen the work taking place within the main classroom. We have dedicated and skilled staff who ensure that learning is engaging and challenging- a whole school focus at Woodlands.

NURSERY WRAPAROUND HOURS

  • Afternoon session (for children who attend the main Nursery in the morning)
    11.45am- 3.15pm

At Woodlands Childcare, we pride ourselves on having dedicated, caring staff who promote the personal, social and emotional well being of all our children. We aim to provide a caring, stimulating and happy environment, one where staff, parents and the school work together in partnership. Every child is treated and respected as an individual with strengths we nurture and weaknesses we support.
