The best me that I can be!

We would like to welcome you and your child to Woodlands Infant School, where we offer an outstanding education to children aged between 3 and 7 years old. All of our staff are very proud of the fact that we are an infant school. We cherish the capability of infant schools to provide high quality, highly focussed early learning experiences by a team of professionals that fully understand the needs of young children.

Our success as a school also relies upon the development of a partnership between home and school. We value a close partnership with our parents and carers and relationships are fostered in many ways—through regular meetings, classroom help, a highly active Parent Teacher Association, and involvement in a variety of school events. We are very grateful to our parents and carers for the active interest that is shown in all aspects of school life.

In the caring, purposeful and supportive atmosphere of our school, we find ways to help all children enjoy their learning and ensure they have high self esteem. We discover and recognise the talents and abilities of all children and encourage them to be 'the best me I can be'.

We offer a school where staff and governors are committed to providing the very best education for your child, and all the other pupils in our care.

At Woodlands, we are educating and preparing our children for the future.
