English

In English this week, we will be writing a diary entry in role as Cave Baby and we will be replying to an email from Cave Baby too! We will also be editing our work,  writing a book review and answering some comprehension questions about the story.

Is Cave Baby a fiction book or a non-fiction book? How do you know?
In maths on Friday we will be doing a quiz on addition and subtraction, to make sure there are no gaps in the children's learning.  If your child is off school and you want access to this quiz, could you please email your class teacher on Thursday and we can get it sent over to you.  We will also be covering basic skills and revisiting anything the children want to go over again on that day.
What did houses look like during Tudor times?
In science this week we are discussing animals and their babies, cut up the cards and match the animals to their babies.  How quick do each of their babies grow up?  How do you know?  Could you do some more research?
