Dear Parents and Carers,

We are delighted to invite you to consider a truly rewarding opportunity - becoming a Parent Governor at Woodlands School. Parent Governors are a vital part of our school community. They help shape key decisions, support the school’s leadership and make sure the voices of families are heard.

You don’t need any special qualifications - just enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to do what’s best for our children. However, if you have experience in areas such as HR, or legal matters, your skills would be especially valuable to the Governing Body.

Being a governor is not only a fantastic way to support Woodlands, but it’s also a hugely rewarding personal experience. You’ll gain real insight into how the school is run, develop new skills and work alongside a friendly and committed team - all dedicated to making a positive impact for every child.
