Here are some useful resources to support your child when learning to form all their letters correctly.

In Reception your child is taught handwriting as part of their daily phonics lesson and letters are introduced through out the year. During Year 1 all letters taught previously are consolidated. Children are encouraged to sit all letters correctly on the line with clear ascenders and descenders. When your child is in Year 2 a cursive handwriting style is introduced.
