PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

Woodlands Infant School is fortunate to have a friendly and active Parent Teacher Association (PTA) which plays an important role in bringing our school community together. The PTA provides a valued link between home and school and supports pupils by helping to enrich the life of the school beyond the classroom.

Throughout the year, the PTA organises a range of fundraising and social events for families to enjoy. The money raised is used to enhance resources and experiences for our pupils, helping to make school an even more engaging and enjoyable place to learn. Parents are kept informed about forthcoming events and how funds are used through regular newsletters and updates on the school website.

All families are automatically members of the PTA, and we warmly welcome any offers of help, whether by joining the committee, supporting events or helping out when time allows. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held early each academic year, at which the PTA committee is elected.
