At Woodlands Infant School, we put no ceiling on learning opportunities. We also do not believe that setting rigid targets that run annually from September to the end of July is best for the development of a school.  We follow the Education Endownment Implementation cycle for school improvement meaning that each target for the school is expected to last 2-4 years. 

We strategically review the impact of our provision and changes in our cohorts to ensure our priorities are pertinent and focused on the immediate needs of the school.  We use current research to guide our school development.   You can view our school targets below.
